WHO is eligible for SOS? All spouses and significant others of Surface Warfare Officers (active duty or retired) are eligible for SOS. Spouses or significant others of any other community serving at a surface command afloat or ashore are also eligible.
If your husband is an enlisted sailor, we welcome you to our spouse community in San Diego.
